Cheat Sheet; Cooking Veggies

There's a champion body transformation lady in the world who has just started her own coaching business named Amanda.  She has a Facebook page and a few days ago she posted this great little cheat sheet on cooking vegetables which I thought I'd share;

I always recommend avoiding boiling if you can, and it leaves out grilling and baking which annoys me, but still better than nothing.  No excuse to not cook up a big veg-tastic feast this weekend now...

In other news, I've decided to start featuring a mystery box challenge a'la Masterchef on here.  I've always wanted to try it, so M has agreed to pick my 5 ingredients each week and give me no notice of them.  First go is this Sunday night.

If you have any combinations to suggest to M, leave a comment & I'll make sure he has a read.  I'm excited!

Stay well,
Nat x

    Mystery challenge / boxes look so fun on tv, but I would be totally daunted. I hope you have fun with it!
