Wedding Cheese Cake

This needed it's own post.

As seen on the Style Co Blog , if I ever get married, I am having a wedding cheese cake.

    OH we have seriously considered this...
    Maybe we will do a mini one on each table HA! Then our guests can have a cheese board "cake" hahahahahhaaha

    My friends actually had this at their recent wedding, only three-tiered with some dried-on-the-branch raisins. Unfortunately, at the start of the reception no one was sure whether to begin eating it, and after two hours it began to melt and needed cooling... it was otherwise awesome, delicious, and perfect when you don't need all that sweetness.
