Things Not To Do;

Set rules on food, except for 'eat what feels right'. Just do it, and don't look back.

Don't worry, no body performs at it's peek on high sugar, high fat, low nutrient diets.
You'll work it out.

Food guilt, begone.
Diets begone.
Calorie Counting, begone!

  1. Ooh is that the book called 'eating for seasons' or something, I remember flicking through it and it looks really good, lots of yummy, healthy foods! I used to love watching her on 'good chef bad chef' too when I got the chance! :) x

  2. Loving the simple principle of eating what feels right. It's often easier said than done, but it definitely boils down to common sense and listening to your body.

    Haven't heard about Janella's book, but can't wait to hear more about it! xxx
